The Many Pathways to Presence: Coming Home to Ourselves and Each Other

What if growth isn't about changing ourselves, but deepening our capacity to be with ourselves and each other just as we are?

This January begins our 2027 Series, which explores the three centers of intelligence (Belly, Heart, and Head) as doorways “home” to presence. These doorways drop us below the habitual surface of our lives into our direct knowing and experience, awakening greater vitality and creative flow.

Each month focuses on a different pathway to presence. The series culminates in an exploration of the Law of Three and the power of all three centers working together.

February Session

Self-compassion isn’t just a nice idea, it’s a crucial component of personal growth work. Join us for an interactive, experiential workshop designed to help you integrate self-compassion into your inner work. We’ll explore why self-compassion is an essential ingredient for personal growth, identify the unique barriers that keep each type from self kindness, and provide practical tools to engage your head, heart, and body. Come prepared to uncover your type’s core wounding and leave with practical tools for practicing self-kindness.

Together we will:

  • Understand the critical role of self-compassion in the process of inner work.
  • Learn personal self-compassion practices that integrates all three Enneagram centers of intelligence.
  • Identify the specific barriers to self-compassion for each Enneagram type.
  • Identify early core wounding related to our personality type so can direct self compassion to where we need it the most.

In-person events are not recorded.

Join us for the 2027 Series exploring the three centers of intelligence (Belly, Heart, and Head) as doorways “home” to presence.  Attend one, two, or all five sessions!
