Join Stephanie J. Spencer, IEA accredited Enneagram professional and author of Out of the Box and Into the Wild, for an evening at Westwood Hills Nature Center. This gathering is for Enneagram enthusiasts who know their Type and want to go past the framework into something more embodied.
Stephanie will offer a short talk grounding the evening's central idea: that encountering imagery in the natural world can lower our defenses and open a new path forward, one that thinking alone rarely reaches. (If you don't know your Type Stephanie will help you find another way to still have your time outside feel valuable to your growth.)
From there, participants will choose from several aspects of their Type to carry into their time outside. Some will walk, some will sit, all are welcome to move at whatever pace their body needs. What you find out there, a plant, an animal, water, sky, becomes a mirror for the aspect you chose. There is no wrong image and no fixed interpretation to arrive at. The point is not to find the right answer. It is to let something outside yourself hold what has been hard to look at directly. The evening closes with the group coming back together to reflect on what surfaced. Dress for being outside.
In-person events are not recorded.
