Reserve your place for Enneagram Minnesota’s most popular event of the year!

Chelsea Witbrook will guide us in a fun exploration of Typing by showing movies clips to help you “see” and “feel” each Type. She will do a brief teaching to help discern the Triadics (Social Stance, Harmonics, and Dominant Center) which will help us find the Type of each movie character. We will also use this as an opportunity to help people "see" and "feel" the Essence of each Type that lies beneath the personality (that is present even beneath very neurotic behaviors).

Instead of using the Enneagram for quick stereotyping, we’ll feel into the energy of the Type and Essence while training ourselves to see with eyes of Understanding and Compassion. This presentation will include breakout discussions at each table, and interactive sharing in the large group, all while sharing a delicious brunch together.

About the Presenter

Chelsea Witbrook is a certified Spiritual Director and Enneagram teacher based in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has trained extensively with Russ Hudson and the Enneagram Institute and is certified through the Full Circle Enneagram and Somatic Enneagram. She offers courses, coaching, and cohort immersions into Enneagram learning and Inner Work. Chelsea is the host of the podcast “The Enneagram of Essence,” and is the former president of the nonprofit Enneagram Minnesota. Chelsea is the bestselling author of the book, “Blessing My Demons: How to Name, Tame, and Transform Your Inner Critic.” Chelsea also is a former President of Enneagram Minnesota.
