Come to this presentation to learn how relational patterns with friends and loved ones can go wrong--and how the Enneagram helps us to understand and hear one another better. We will explain a common pattern in relational dynamics and how to understand meaning we might make while missing another's intent. We'll also explore with how to use the Enneagram to help us and our loved ones feel seen, heard, and understood in the midst of conflict. We have found that the Enneagram can intersect and improve outcomes at the precise moment where communication can go wrong.
Along with our speakers, our panel members will explore personal examples of how they have utilized elements of the Enneagram to improve their relationships. We will discuss ways the Enneagram increases our awareness of ourself and others in relational conversations. We will also explore how we can communicate more effectively, and bring harmony and depth to personal relationships.

Eric and Rachel Resler are Marriage and Family therapists who own Blue Turtles Art and Wellness and Enneagram Outfitters in Lino Lakes--which is only 20 mins north of the Twin Cities (north of 694 is not Canada despite what some might think!). They are professionally certified in the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy and have been working with the Enneagram since 2011. They have found the Enneagram to be immensely helpful in their personal journeys, their marriage, their family, and their therapy and coaching work.
Enneagram Minnesota is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
