December Brunch: How to Name, Tame & Transform Your Inner Critic

  • Date: Saturday December 9, 2023
  • Time: 9:30am - 12:00pm
  • Location: Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105
  • Presenter: Chelsea Forbrook

You’re invited to our annual brunch! We will have food, coffee and tea for your enjoyment, followed by a mini-workshop on working with and befriending your Inner Critic. We all have an Inner Critic, no matter what our Enneagram Type. Each personality’s Inner Critic has a different set of demands, and if we don’t know how to recognize them, that Critic’s agenda will take control of us every time, without our consent! The Inner Critic is the mechanism that keeps us stuck and unable to evolve, and is therefore a crucial component to Inner Work, growth, and healing. Chelsea will lead us through a set of exercises that will help you name, tame and transform your unique and sneaky Inner Critic!

This year we are offering the brunch free to members. It is $20 for non-members (guests) to register.
