Our culture continues to grapple with racism and racial injustice. The Enneagram can be a great source of wisdom, comfort, and activation for us as we fight for justice in this world. Dr. Egerton's new book Know Justice, Know Peace does a wonderful job of inviting each type to think critically about how everyone is a part of this healing. Join us for the second and fourth Mondays in March, April, and May as we explore the intricacies of both the Enneagram and racial injustice.

Facilitator Bios

Besides serving on Enneagram Minnesota's DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) Committee, Nikoli leads racial justice conversations in his work as an ELCA pastor and a certified IDI Administrator (Intercultural Development Inventory). He's committed to fostering a space where people across the wide spectrum of perspectives can gather for constructive and compassionate exploration.

Jean has been studying the Enneagram for several years.  She is now the longest standing board member in our Minnesota chapter finishing her fifth year.  Jean did not delve deep in social justice until the death of George Floyd.  Jean opened her eyes through book study groups following Floyd’s tragic death.  Enneagram Minnesota board also took steps to become more socially conscious.  The work led Jean to take on leadership of a newly formed committee called Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  Her commitment to DEI and the Enneagram has been a catalyst for growth.
