Enneagram Minnesota is a volunteer-led local chapter of the International Enneagram Association. We have been offering quality Enneagram education events since 1998.

This program year, we are focusing on integrating and deepening our inner work. It's so important to move the Enneagram beyond lists and descriptions and into embodiment and practice. We can't wait to learn together from our fantastic facilitators and presenters.

Presented by certified Robert Peng Qigong trainer and Riso-Hudson Insight Approach Enneagram Practitioner Kathy Jankowski

During this weekend retreat, participants will learn Qigong philosophy as it relates to the Enneagram and practices to get energy moving in all three centers. We will explore encountering and opening to higher states of consciousness and how to harness ourselves to the present moment. These practices are a lively and spirited way to fuse with the emergence of the Holy Ideas and Virtues. We will holistically weave higher states of consciousness into perception so that we experience more wisdom, love, vitality, grounding, inspiration, kindness, and compassion. We will move beyond observation and habit change into a profound dialogue with Life itself. A special Saturday evening session is planned for those wishing to relax their whole nervous system and deeply nourish the ground of Being.

DEATH AND THE ENNEAGRAM:

DOES ANYONE HAVE A MAP?

Join us in-person at the Carondelet Center in St Paul on Thursday April 11, 2024 from 6:30-8:30pm CST.
Presented by certified enneagram practitioner, end-of-life doula, spiritual director, somatic energy worker, physical therapist, and Enneagram Minneosta Board Member Rose McManus Carlsen (she/her).

We all know that death is inevitable and yet when we are faced with the reality of death we can feel completely unmoored, floundering in a sea of overwhelming thoughts, feelings and sensations. When a loved one is dying or when a diagnosis forces us to face our own death, we struggle. We don’t know what to do or what to say and may be hesitant to “burden” others with our feelings so we just try to get through it. At the same time, we want to be there, to be present to ourselves and to our loved ones, to see and be seen, to love and be loved, to forgive and be forgiven. How can we navigate this unfamiliar and uncomfortable territory in a way that honors the whole experience?

REWILDING THE ENNEAGRAM:

NEW WAYS TO WORK WITH YOUR TYPE IN NATURE

Join us online via zoom on Monday May 20, 2024 from 6:30-8:30pm CST.
Presented by founder of Wild Enneagram and President of the newly formed Enneagram Northeast IEA Chapter, Ben Campbell (he/him).

You’ve discovered how helpful the Enneagram can be in getting you out of your personality “box” and developing compassion for others who are wired differently. Yet, you might still have a sense that something’s missing. A quiet conviction that, deep in your Being, there is more to this Inner Work Journey than simply becoming a less reactive version of yourself. Furthermore, as someone who loves nature, it pains you to see other humans–stuck in their own personality patterns–make choices that harm the Earth. You wonder how you might use your Inner Work to help heal the relationship between humans and Nature.

    Enneagram Practitioners discussion group

for coaches, therapists, teachers, spiritual directors and other professionals

This group is virtual, and facilitated by Patty Nelson.

This discussion group is for Enneagram coaches, therapists, spiritual directors, and other professionals who are helping people use the Enneagram as a tool for growth and development. This includes both for those who have been using Enneagram a long time and those who are in the early stages exploring Enneagram work.

Are you looking for a place to talk with fellow Enneagram practitioners about how they are using the Enneagram? Since many Enneagram professionals work alone, this is a unique place for peer support. What are some places you are getting stuck? This is a safe place to ask for advice. What are some best practices you have learned? This is a place to share with others. What are some new discoveries you are wondering about? This is a place to brainstorm and process with others. Let's carve out some space to connect with each other and forge a collaborative Enneagram culture.

This group is FREE and open to anyone who self identifies as an Enneagram practitioner, whether or not you are in Minnesota. You do not need to come every time- just pop in as you are able. Each group is a catered conversation for those who are gathered.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.

Rewilding the Enneagram: New Ways to Work with Your Type in Nature

    • Date: Monday May 20, 2024
    • Time: 6:30-8:30pm CST
    • Location: Online on Zoom
    • Presenter: Ben Campbell (he/him)

You’ve discovered how helpful the Enneagram can be in getting you out of your personality “box” and developing compassion for others who are wired differently. Yet, you might still have a sense that something’s missing. A quiet conviction that, deep in your Being, there is more to this Inner Work Journey than simply becoming a less reactive version of yourself. Furthermore, as someone who loves nature, it pains you to see other humans–stuck in their own personality patterns–make choices that harm the Earth. You wonder how you might use your Inner Work to help heal the relationship between humans and Nature.

In this introduction to "Rewilding the Enneagram," we focus specifically on these questions. You will leave this workshop with new ways to work with your Type in nature (including cultivating your Essential Qualities and working with your Path of Transformation), and the opportunity to develop a sense of truly belonging to the natural world by nurturing an “eco-centric” Enneagram practice.

P.S. You will do an independent activity outdoors during this presentation, so have whatever outdoor clothing you need to be prepared (sweater, umbrella, etc). If mobility is an issue, you can simply move to a window and look outside during this activity, or interact with a pet or houseplant.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.

    presenter Bio

Ben Campbell (he/him) is the founder of Wild Enneagram and President of the newly formed Enneagram Northeast IEA Chapter. He is Riso-Hudson Certified and served as a coach in the Shift Network's yearlong Depth Certification program with Russ Hudson and Jessica Dibb. Ben's "Wild Enneagram" work draws on his background in Enneagram communities as well as years of study with the Animas Valley Institute, and his apprenticeship at the Maine Primitive Skills School. Click here to learn more.

Ben spends most of his time--when working or otherwise!--wandering the landscapes of Maine, sometimes with his partner and small dog. He considers nature to be his greatest teacher and always seeks "coaching" from the more-than-human world before giving a talk or making an important decision. He is passionate about rewilding the Earth, and our Inner Work in particular, and prefers sleeping in a tent whenever possible. If he decides not to be an Enneagram teacher any longer, his backup plan is to work as a park ranger somewhere that hermit thrushes like to sing.

ALLOWING THE ENNEAGRAM TO CHANGE OUR LIVES:

ACCESSING SELF AWARENESS AND HEALING

A Glimpse at a Past Enneagram Minnesota Program

Enneagram Minnesota hosted Phil GebbenGreen of the Enneagram Prison Project in October 2023. In this presentation, he not only offers a beautiful overview of the nine types, but also focuses in on our Essence qualities and how we can access self awareness and healing through Enneagram studies and Inner Work.
