Events

Educational, challenging, and fun for members and guests: Those are the goals of each MN-IEA event, and our Board of Directors works hard to make every annual program a success. Our chapter is committed to presenting a wide spectrum of Enneagram teachers and perspectives.

Workshops

As highlights of each program year, we offer innovative workshops featuring nationally and internationally known Enneagram teachers. These workshops are typically one to two-and-a-half days in length, offered once or twice a year, and require advance registration and payment. Members receive a discount on registration fees.

MN-IEA is fortunate to have excellent Enneagram teachers and presenters living right here in our community, so chapter events usually focus on local presentations. These events are free for members, students, and first-time guests. No advance registration is required.

Meetings are held during the academic year at the Carondelet Center, on the campus of St. Catherine’s University in Saint Paul.

Discussion Groups

If you’re interested in learning and sharing ways to support personal growth through the Enneagram, check out our informal Discussion Groups. Each group is open to the public, free of charge or registration, moderated by a knowledgeable MN-IEA Board Member.  Group participants set discussion topics, often informed by an article, book, or a recent chapter meeting or workshop. These groups are a great way to introduce friends and relatives to the Enneagram.

Discussion groups are held most months in both the east metro in St. Paul (dates vary) and the west metro in Golden Valley (second Monday of the month).  Please see upcoming discussion group details below.

This year, we continue with our emphasis on the Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram. Our overarching theme is Language as Practice to heal our type, invite connection, and create peace in the world.

Each month we will explore how we might use language in everyday life as a practice that helps us become more aware, compassionate, and melt the barriers between ourselves and each other in order to liberate our true Essence.

We invite you to put the dates listed below on your calendar and come share your experiences and discoveries as we explore and learn from each other in community. Open and free to all.

Meetings are from 6:30-8:00pm on the 2nd Monday of the month:
October 14
November 11
December 9
January 13
February 10

April 13

*We do not meet June, July August or September.

Fran Zimmerman (zimmermanfran@gmail.com) and Kathleen Grittner (kathleen.grittner@gmail.com) facilitate this informal, collaborative monthly discussion group.
